All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
As we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery may take 5 to 7  business days depending on your location. In some cases, delays may occur due to customs or high demand.

Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 2–5 days. You can use this to track your order status.

Delays
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or courier issues.

Incorrect Address
Make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local courier service for assistance.
